Erik trained at ArtEZ (formerly Constatijn Huygens University of the Arts) from 1999-2003 as an interior designer. After completing his studies, he worked at an architectural firm for three years before joining Wijnand Kitchens. Erik has always had a passion for architecture. He has a good understanding of spaces and looks for surprising solutions. He finds the combination of design and technology particularly interesting. According to Erik, creating a kitchen design goes beyond just the kitchen space. He enjoys giving people more insight into space through his designs. The variety between working with great brands, customer contact and design appeals to him a lot in his work. The fact that he works in the most beautiful kitchen showroom in the north of the Netherlands is a nice added bonus!
